Privacy Policy

This notice explains how BLPRNT handles the personal information you give us when you visit our website or enquire about a project.

1. Who we are

BLPRNT is a UK web design studio. For the purposes of UK data protection law, BLPRNT is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

Questions or requests about your information can be sent to henry.gorst99@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, business name, website address, industry, approximate budget, number of pages, desired launch date and the project information you choose to provide.

Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and request logs to deliver and secure the website.

3. How we use your information

We use enquiry information to:

  • respond to your message and discuss your project;
  • prepare a proposal, quote or project plan;
  • provide services you ask us to deliver;
  • maintain business and security records; and
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Our lawful basis

We normally process enquiries because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We may also rely on our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving our business, or on a legal obligation where applicable.

We will ask for consent before sending optional marketing communications. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Who receives your information

We only share personal information where necessary. This may include trusted providers that host our website, process form submissions, provide email or business administration services, and professional advisers where required. Our current website and enquiry infrastructure is provided by Netlify.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

7. How long we keep information

We generally retain unsuccessful project enquiries for up to 24 months so we can respond to follow-up questions and maintain appropriate business records. Information relating to clients and completed work may be retained for longer where needed for contractual, tax, accounting or legal purposes. We securely delete information when it is no longer required.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to certain processing, and receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Contact us to exercise a right. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use optional advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver, protect and operate the website. If we introduce non-essential cookies or analytics, we will update this notice and request consent where required.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its revision date.
